Here’s how it works!
We’ve provided different activities for you to choose from.
- There are Individual, Team and Community activities. To earn your Bronze Medal, you’ll pick six activities, with at least one activity from each category of Individual, Team and Community.
- When you’ve completed six activities, you will receive your medal by mail.
- After you’ve earned your Bronze Medal, you can earn Stars at the Bronze level. How many can you earn?
- When you’ve held your Bronze Medal for at least six months, you can begin work on your Silver Medal. After you’ve earned your Silver Medal, you can earn additional Stars at the Silver level.
- When you’ve held your Silver Medal for at least six months, you can begin work on your Gold Medal. You can then earn as many Stars as you can at the Gold level until you’re old enough to move up to the next Star Player level.
You’ll need to work with at least one adult to earn your medals and stars.
- The adult will help you figure out what you need to do and will “sign off” on your finished Star Players work.
- You can ask just one adult to be your ABW coach, or you can have several different adult helpers. It’s your choice!
- You can choose adult ABW coaches from your family, your teachers, your family friends, your team coaches or your neighborhood. Ask your mom or dad to help you choose.
